Quality

Measured, not assumed.

Precision is only real if it’s checked. Here’s how every Tenaxis order is inspected, recorded and documented.

01

First-article inspection

The first part off the machine is measured in full against your drawing before the rest of the batch runs.

02

In-process checks

Critical features are re-checked at set intervals during the run, so drift is caught before it becomes scrap.

03

Final inspection

Finished parts are inspected and recorded before they’re cleaned, packed and dispatched.

Traceability

Every part checked. Every part tracked.

We don’t sample-check a batch and hope for the rest. Each individual part is inspected, recorded and traceable from raw material to dispatch.

  • Every part inspected individually, not just a sample
  • Each part linked to its material batch and mill certificate
  • Inspection results recorded against the part
  • Full history available if you ever need to trace a part back

Documentation

Paperwork that travels with your parts.

Every order ships with full documentation as standard. You don’t need to ask for it.

  • Dimensional inspection report
  • Material test certificates from the mill
  • Certificate of conformance
  • Part and batch traceability records
